I have been using this service since 2015 and I get an email saying my order is on hold. Nobody is answering my questions why and I find this unprofessional and unacceptable. This was a preordered and the service has had plenty of time for preparation and delivery. You took my money with no results of what is expected, shame on you. Customer for 6 years and you treat my order with no respect. 0 Stars
